Mumbai · New Delhi · Dubai

We take on the work. We finish it on the date we signed for.

A construction house in India and a real estate desk in the Emirates, run by the same people. We bid the tender, we build the work, and we hand it over on the date in the agreement.

What we build
What we build

Three desks. One house.

Each desk runs its own estimators and its own managers. The plant, the laboratory and the compliance file are shared, which is why a road package, a redevelopment block and a Dubai allocation can all sit in the same quarter without any of them slipping.

01 / Roadways

Roadways

NHAI packages and NHAI tenders, state highways, municipal and rural roads. Earthwork through to bituminous concrete, with the field lab travelling with the crew.

Road works
02 / Redevelopment

Redevelopment

Ageing societies and colonies taken from consent to conveyance. Transit rent paid on the first of the month, and a rehab block finished before the sale block starts selling.

Redevelopment
03 / Dubai

Dubai

Allocations with the developers who actually build the city, land parcels, joint ventures, and management of what you already hold. For Indian buyers, run from our side of the Gulf.

How a job runs

From the tender notice to the end of defect liability.

Four stages, and the same four every time. Clients do not enjoy surprises, and neither do we.

01

Read, visit, price

Somebody walks the site before the bid is priced. Quantities get checked against the drawing rather than against the bill of quantities alone, and the queries go in at the pre-bid meeting rather than after award.

02

Mobilise

Plant, camp, labour licences and the site lab move together. The programme handed to the engineer in charge is the programme the crew is actually working to.

03

Build and test

Layer by layer, with the test register kept on site and open to the client. Cubes, cores, densities and Marshall results filed the day they are taken.

04

Hand over and stand behind it

Completion drawings, the test file and the asset register go across at handover. Then we stay reachable through the defect liability period, which is the part most contractors go quiet on.

01Plant we ownPavers, graders, rollers and mixing plant on our own books, so mobilising two packages in the same month does not wait on a hire market.
02A laboratory that travelsThe field lab moves with the crew from mobilisation. The test register lives in the site office and stays open to the engineer in charge.
03One file, always currentRegistrations, certifications and audited accounts kept dated rather than assembled the week a tender closes.
04We stay after handoverCompletion drawings, the test file and the asset register go across on the day, and we stay reachable through defect liability.
What we bring to a bid

The boring things that decide who finishes.

Most packages are not lost on price. They are lost on mobilisation, on a lab that cannot produce a result, or on a bank guarantee that takes three weeks to arrange. We keep those ready before the tender opens.

  1. A
    Plant we own

Pavers, graders, rollers, batching and mixing plant on our own books. No waiting on a hire market when two packages mobilise in the same month.

  2. B
    A lab that travels

Field laboratory with the standard suite: proctor, CBR, aggregate impact, Marshall stability, cube crushing, core cutting and field density.

  3. C
    The paperwork, current

Registrations, ISO certification, EPF and ESIC, labour licences and audited accounts kept in one data room, dated and ready to attach.

  4. D
    Bonding capacity

Working relationships with scheduled banks for earnest money, performance guarantees and mobilisation advances.

The record

Five years. A hundred jobs. One standard.

Roads, structures, redevelopment and property, taken across India and the Emirates. The count below is every field combined, because a house should be judged on all of its work rather than the flattering half.

Years on the tools
Five years of bidding, building and handing over, with the same people signing at both ends of the job.
Projects delivered
Across every field the house works in, combined. Completion certificates travel with the bid, as they should.

The table

There is a seat here for whoever does it better than us.

If you want to bid with us, or take one package out of a tender we are running, we will look at it. Contractors, suppliers and specialist trades all use the same door.

How the table works
  • I
    Take the seat

Name, phone number and email. Two minutes.

  • II
    We send the package list

What is open, what closes when, and the scope of each part.

  • III
You quote the part you want

Against our drawing and our programme, not a guess.

Next step

Send the tender document. We will come back with what we can commit to.

Give us the tender number, the drawings or the bill of quantities. We will confirm eligibility against our registrations, check plant availability for that window, and put a number in.
